Luxury House Inc. has been established
Luxury House Inc. has been established since 1963 in Greece by Joseph Bornivelli, as an iron & aluminum fabricator.
1982
Introducing aluminum systems
When aluminum windows and doors were introduced in the Greek market, Luxury house was among the very few companies that adopted the new products and a pioneer fabricator and installator
2007
New captain on the wheel
Following his studies in management, and a short but valuable career as a manager in several positions in hotels & casinos, Alex Bornivelli took over the company.
2010
The first exports in Europe
During the following years the company gained vast experience in its field of expertise and expanded its operations by making the first exports in Europe in 2010.

2015
The company decided to focus in the American market
In 2015 the company decided to focus in the American market, so CBHI Inc. was created. CBHI, also known as Colonial windows & doors, a joint venture of Luxury House and Colonial marble & granite Inc. currently serves the states of New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Boston with 4 showrooms so far.
Luxury House achieved to be the sole supplier of pre-fabricated aluminum systems, glazing, railings, safety & shading systems, curtain walls, WPC, interior & exterior doors and all constructions made of iron.
Except of our own fabrications, we collaborate and distribute products of some of the most innovative and renowned companies of the international market, such as Aluminco, Etem, Viotal, Europa, Saint Gobain, Glasstech, Alumil, Guardian, Akzo nobel, CISA, GU, HOPE, Giesse, Salinox, Temke, Vas, Golden Door, Interno.
2017
Signed a significant distribution agreement with Barausse – Created the branch Colonial Marble & Granite
In 2017, the company signed a significant distribution agreement with Barausse – one of the best producer of interior doors – for the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Luxury House Inc. along with Colonial Marble & Granite, created this new business unit in order to take advantage of the nationwide established brand name of Colonial group of companies and the experience and know-how of Luxury house, offering to the American consumer and constructor a variety of innovative European building solutions.
