The wood section is 92×75 mm both for the frame and the sash, made in 4 layers laminated wood. Slimflat windows and doors have always a triple pane glass with double chamber, with two Low Emissivity panes and with 16 mm or 18 mm chambers filled in with Argon Gas. It is possible to install glasses up to 52 mm thickness. It can be installed also a double pane glass if the client does not require special thermal performances.

The sealing is made with anti-aging silicone resins on both glass sides, double and at sight on the external side and invisible under the glazing bead on the internal side. The sealing system is guaranteed by two gaskets made in EPDM installed on the frame and overlapping in the corners, in order to ensure to the window a good hydro pneumatic resistance and a great acoustic insulation.

To improve the efficiency on the discharge of eventual water infiltrations passed through the first gasket, on the external lower profile of the frame there are some drainage holes.

The closing system and the operation of the sashes are guaranteed by concealed hardware made in steel, silver color, treated with antioxidant products, with tilt and turn opening mechanism and several locking points on the whole perimeter of the sash with a very high anti-breaking system, central lever bolt for the typologies with two or more sashes, matt chrome or polished brass hinges coverings and handles. The opening of sashes with concealed hardware can be maximum up to 100°.
