Parq Parsippany will be an upscale mixed-use redevelopment located on the site of the former Lanidex Plaza corporate office complex.
The initial phase of redevelopment will include 75 high-end townhomes, 525 luxury apartments, 110 affordable rental apartments, 16,000-SF of experiential retail, invigorating green spaces, and state of the art office facilities.
The plans for the site also include community areas for public events, an athletic field and other recreational facilities and amenities.
The ParQ Parsippany Project is now complete. Energy efficient aluminum frames with thermal break, triplex glass with energy coating as well as internal aluminum partitions were used.

Dome construction with Alumil aluminum frame and energy-saving safety glass tempered and laminate in blue color.
Our company fully completed replacing the dome with thermal brake extrusion aluminum, energy glass with Angels printing on and solid bronze Cross on the top for an amazing finishing!

The 2000 Pennsylvania project in Delaware was completed.
We’ve installed 1,200 thermal break aluminum, tilt and turn windows.
To accommodate the tenants, we’ve installed Sound proof windows at 51 decibel, 2 inches thick.
We also installed 98 exterior opening and sliding doors.
In the interior we’ve installed 1983 doors, with magnetic lock systems.
In the lobby and by the fireplaces we also worked with tile neolith doing the cladding, and added metal partitions creating offices.
